Re: Belgium Special Services – Effective from 01/03/2010
We have pleasure in announcing that new and competitive rates for Belgium special services have been published. In order to access the sheet,
click on “Service Guide” in the menu,
click on “WORLDWIDE – Service Guide”,
click on Europe from the World map,
click on Belgium.
The new published schedule includes;
(1) Extra charges for Timed Deliveries
Extra charges for Timed Deliveries are now available to almost every zip code in Belgium. Many rates now published are less expensive than last year.
(2) Extra charges for Weekend Timed Deliveries
Extra charges are now available for weekend Timed Deliveries to Brussels and Airport area,
(3) Sprinter rates for shipments from 1 Kg up to 3.000 Kgs
The size of our fleet has increased, enabling us to transport goods up to 3 tons.

| | Please note that VIVA XPRESS can only onforward shipments containing dry ice by air on the condition that we receive a pre-alert. Any dry ice shipment received without a pre-alert cannot be shipped and will automatically suffer a delay of 24 hours.

Therefore and until further notice please do not send:
* Document shipments addressed to any destination other than Luanda
* Dutiable shipments addressed to any destination in Angola

| SERVICE TO TUNISIA - Reminder regarding PODS |

| | You will probably be aware that delivery service within Tunisia is provided to us by RAPIDPOSTE, the state postal organization. It has a monopoly on all express deliveries in Tunisia. Unfortunately, RAPIDPOSTE is unable to provide proofs of delivery to us systematically.
We would like to provide pods, but we regret to advise you that it is not possible. We therefore must decline ALL responsibility for non-delivery or missing pods. In future, we will enter the following final status for all shipments to TUNISIA: "Onforwarded to contractor - pod will not be available".
